The Toyota Land Cruiser has evolved into an electronics SUV, which can be very comfortable during long journeys, or it can conquer difficult terrain by itself thanks to its electronics. The current vehicle has come a long way from its origins as a rustic all-terrain utility vehicle. Its 2.4 tons are moved by a 3-liter R4 turbo diesel engine producing 190 hp. There is a special option in the car's program menu for challenging terrain: Multi-Terrain Select. In this menu you can also choose, for example, Crawl Control, in which the vehicle takes control of the accelerator and brakes and the driver only has to steer. It is also possible to operate the vehicle manually, but the driver's freedom of choice is limited. It moves quietly and has very comfortable suspension, which are factors that improve its ride quality. The off-road package is available only in the top trims, but such a package is necessary in order to consider the vehicle a SUV. Its fuel consumption depends on driving style and terrain. However, it comes in at slightly more than 10 liters. It is priced at EUR 60,000.
